An artist in her "wise old woman" years, earning her BFA in mid-life from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

In recent years she has discovered the healing in her paintings and in her teaching, which students have found to be "truly empowering." She seeks images from the the inner self both for herself and her classes. An Environment of Jeanine Semon's paintings brings both peace and inspiration. She believes that her art is sacred and represents her philosophy that "all things are linked together, an interconnected unit representing one soul."

Jeanine lives with her husband Ed in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, spending summers in the paradise of Northern Wisconsin.
